Commvault reviews all submissions, and any unverifiable or incorrect information will be declined. Should this happen, you will be notified via email, allowing you the opportunity to resubmit your claim with the correct information.

No, points are individual-based and cannot be combined with others. Each participant must earn their points and can only redeem rewards based on their personal points accumulated.

For digital rewards, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For non-digital rewards, expect a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. We’re committed to ensuring your rewards reach you promptly, but please note that delivery times might vary depending on the specific prize and your location.

Rewards are fixed and cannot be exchanged or swapped.

Rewards are awarded to the individual who has signed up to the program and earned the points, and therefore are not transferable. They cannot be gifted, exchanged for cash, or given to someone else.
